Emma and Megan were wed last month in a beautiful ceremony on the lawn of Grand Isle Lake House, overlooking Lake Champlain. There were so many little things about their wedding we loved: the little inspirational sticky notes that Emma’s sister left all over her bridal suite; the non-traditional ceremony format, in which they dispensed with the usual ceremony aisle and had Team Emma and Team Megan for the bridal parties; dried lavender for the guests to throw on Emma and Megan after they were wed; and a choreographed flash mob surprise for Megan during the reception, led by Emma and several of their friends.
The following Monday, Emma and Megan got dressed up again and we did an early morning post-engagement photo shoot all over Burlington and Winooski – stay tuned for photos in just a few days!
