Karen and Joe were wed at Joe’s private family property in Newbury last month – a beautiful, quintessentially Vermont property that they spent months getting ready for the wedding. We photographed their engagement session in the same place last fall and were happy to return. The first look took place on a grassy hilltop nearby, and made for beautiful photos. They timed the ceremony so that the sun would be behind the barn and guests would be in shade – not only did the light look amazing, it was a relief since it was incredibly hot and sunny. We had trouble narrowing down so many great photos for the blog. Thanks to Jess McClellan for helping with second shooting. Congratulations Karen and Joe!!
